アキバホビー通信販売及び店頭においてお取り扱いしている2025年2月に発売予定の商品について、メーカー様の商品輸送にトラブルが発生し、発売日の延期と出荷に遅延が生じております。

今回の商品に関して、通信販売部と秋葉原店及び池袋店において仕入れ先が異なっており、2つの問屋様に注文をしております。
2025年2月時点で秋葉原及び池袋店には店頭販売用の商品が到着しておりますが、通信販売部用の商品数百個が到着しておりません。
通信販売部用に注文を行った問屋様に確認した所、問屋様より「商品を乗せた船が悪天候で港に到着できず通信販売部用の商品の入荷が3月上旬になる」旨の回答を受け取りました。
問屋様に抗議はしておりますが3月上旬到着の予定以外の進展が無いことは、当店としても大変遺憾に存じます。
その結果、こちらの商品について少数ではございますがアキバホビー秋葉原店・池袋店の店頭で販売を開始しているにも関わらず、通信販売部でご注文を頂いておりますお客様へ商品がお届けできない状況が発生しております。
この度は商品の発売日が延期していること、そして一部の店舗では販売を開始している中で、通信販売部でご注文を頂いているお客様へ商品を発送できていないことに関しまして、ご迷惑をおかけいたしましたこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。

Regarding this product, the mail order department, the Akihabara store and the Ikebukuro store have different suppliers, and we place orders from two wholesalers.
As of February 2025, products for store-bought sale have arrived at Akihabara and Ikebukuro stores, but hundreds of products for the mail order department have not arrived.
We checked with the wholesaler who placed the order for the mail order department, and received a response from the wholesaler saying, "The ship carrying the product could not arrive at the port due to bad weather, and the product for the mail order department will arrive in early March."
We are protesting against wholesalers, but we are very sorry that there has been no progress other than the planned arrival date in early March.
As a result, although there are only a small number of these products, even though they are now available in stores at Akiba Hobby Akihabara and Ikebukuro stores, we are unable to deliver products to customers who have placed orders through the mail order department.
We would like to express our deep apologies for the inconvenience caused due to the postponement of the release date of the product, and for the fact that we are unable to ship the product to customers who have placed orders through the mail order department, even though some stores are now selling it.
