VAT and Customs duty/IOSS(EU+MONACO)

EU・モナコ在住のお客様へ：関税・VAT（付加価値税）に関する重要なお知らせ

当店では、EU加盟国およびモナコへ発送するご注文につきまして、お客様に簡単かつスムーズに商品をお受け取りいただけるよう、Shopifyのシステムを通じてご注文時に商品代金と共に関税およびVAT（付加価値税）を事前にお支払いいただいております。*Areas not covered by IOSS are not eligible.

■ 当店の発送と通関について

1. DHL / UPSで発送する場合：原則、追加のお支払いはありません

当店からDHLまたはUPSを利用して発送する際は、**DDP（Delivered Duty Paid / 仕向地持込渡し・関税込条件）**にて手続きを行います。

DDPとは、当店（発送者）がお客様の国の関税、VAT（付加価値税）、その他の輸入にかかる諸費用をすべて負担する発送方法です。ご注文時に事前にお支払いいただいた関税・VATは、当店が運送会社を通じて各国の税関当局に納付いたします。

これにより、原則としてお客様が商品をお受け取りになる際に、追加の関税やVAT、通関手数料をお支払いいただく必要はございません。

2. EMS（国際スピード郵便）で発送する場合：ご注意ください

EMSで発送する場合、当店はVAT徴収済みであることを示すIOSS（Import One-Stop Shop）番号を電子データで日本郵便へ通知しております。

しかし、EMSの運用上、DDP発送が適用されないため、仕向国の郵便事業者や税関の判断によっては、稀にVATや関税、通関手数料の支払いが現地で再度求められる可能性がございます。これは各国の郵便・税関の運用に依存するため、当店で完全に管理することができません。

万が一、EMSでの受け取り時に追加の支払いが発生した場合は、お手数ではございますが、お客様ご自身でのご対応をお願いしております。予めご了承の上、発送方法をご選択ください。

当店では、150ユーロ以上はDHL／UPSでの発送指定を推奨します。

日本語： お客様は、ご注文を確定することにより、以下の事項に同意・了承したものとみなされます。

1. 輸入責任: 通関手続き、現地規制の遵守を含む、輸入に関するすべての責任は荷受人であるお客様自身にあるものとします。

2. 発送方法の選択:

• **DHL/UPS（DDP発送）**をご選択の場合、当店が関税・VATの支払手続きを行いますが、お客様の事情（住所不備、長期不在、税関からの問い合わせへの不応答など）に起因する問題（遅延、返送、追加費用等）については、当店は一切の責任を負いません。

• EMS発送をご選択の場合、仕向国の税関・郵便事業者の判断により発生しうるVAT・関税等の二重課税、通関手数料、その他追加費用について、当店は一切の責任を負わず、返金や補償も行いません。

3. 荷物の紛失・損害等: お客様の責任に起因する（またはお客様が選択した発送方法に起因する）遅延、罰金、荷物の紛失・返送、その他いかなる損害についても、当店は責任を負いかねます。発送先国の税関・税務当局によるいかなる処置（荷物の開封、没収、廃棄等）についても同様とします。

4. 本免責条項は、適用される消費者保護法により除外が認められない製造者・販売者の責任を免除するものではありません。

English: By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Import Responsibility: The recipient is solely responsible for all aspects of importation, including customs clearance and compliance with local regulations.

2. Choice of Shipping Method:

• When choosing DHL/UPS (DDP shipping), our company will handle the payment of duties and VAT. However, we shall not be held liable for any issues (e.g., delays, returns, additional charges) arising from the customer's circumstances, such as an incorrect address, prolonged absence, or failure to respond to customs inquiries.

• When choosing EMS shipping, the customer acknowledges the potential risk of being charged again for VAT, duties, or other administrative fees by the destination country's customs or postal service. Our company shall not be held liable for, nor provide refunds or compensation for, such occurrences.

3. Limitation of Liability: Our company shall not be held liable for any consequences, including but not limited to delays, fines, loss or return of the parcel, or any damages resulting from the customer's failure to fulfill their obligations or from the inherent risks of the chosen shipping method. We also do not accept liability for any actions taken by the customs or tax authorities in the destination country, including the opening, confiscation, or disposal of a parcel.

4. This disclaimer does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
