■Important Notice for Customers Using ePacket
We have resumed ePacket (AirMail) shipping on a trial basis to select regions.
While this shipping method is inexpensive, it carries a risk of loss for customers. (No insurance coverage applies for damage or loss.)
We will assist in cases of non-delivery or missing packages, but as you know, locating items in the destination country is extremely difficult.
We cannot guarantee refunds or reshipments in the event of damage or package loss.
Please select this option only if you agree to the above. We strongly recommend shipping via DHL/UPS.

■Notice Regarding the suspension of EMS shipping to the United States （08/26/2025 Update)
The US will suspend de minimis tax exemption standards (tax exemptions under 800 USD). Therefore, we will be discontinuing EMS shipments from Japan to the United States. When placing an order, please select a shipping method such as DHL.

At present, there are delays in deliveries to some areas due to natural disasters.

■年末年始の休業期間のお知らせ について （2024/12/02）
大変勝手ではございますが
12月25日（水）～2025年01月07日（火）まで通信販売店舗をお休みさせて頂きます。

また、12月23日（月）朝10時以降のご注文は準備が整い次第発送をさせて頂きますが、場合によっては1月8日（水）以降の発送になる可能性がございます。
※ 年内にお届け注文は12月23日（月）朝10時までに代金の支払いが完了しているご注文に限ります。
※店休日期間中は、発送作業・お問い合わせ返信等の業務全般をお休みさせて頂きます。
なお、12月20日以降の年末はご注文が大変多く集中いたします為、
大変恐れ入りますが発売済み商品のご注文については、発送まで７営業日ほどお時間が掛かる場合がございます。
また、1月8日以降より順次発送となりますが、発送の遅延が見込まれますので予めご了承ください。
■Notice regarding year-end and New Year holidays (2024/12/02)

We apologize for the inconvenience.
Our mail order store will be temporarily closed from December 25 (Wed.) to January 07 (Tue.), 2025.
(Akihabara and Ikebukuro stores will be open during the year-end and New Year holidays.)
Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. on December 23 (Mon.) will be shipped as soon as they are ready, but in some cases they may be shipped on or after January 8 (Wed.).
Orders to be delivered by the end of the year are limited to orders for which payment has been completed by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 23.
*During the holiday period, the mail order store will be closed for all operations, including shipping and replying to inquiries.
Please note that we receive a large number of orders after December 20 due to the high concentration of orders at the end of the year,
Please allow up to 7 business days for orders for already released products to be shipped.
Orders will be shipped sequentially from January 8 onward, but please note that shipping delays are expected.
■夏季休業期間のお知らせ について （2024/08/07）
いつもアキバホビーをご利用いただき、ありがとうございます。
2024 年 8 月 10 日（土）〜 8 月 14 日（水）の期間、当店は夏季休業期間として、商品の発送やお問い合わせへの返答をお休みさせていただきます。
休業期間中にご注文頂きました商品の発送、およびメールお問い合わせへのご返答は、8 月 15 日（木）以降に順次対応いたします。
休業期間前に頂いたご注文でも、代金のお支払いが休業期間中になりますと、8 月 15 日（木）以降のご対応となりますので御注意ください。
皆様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解ご了承いただけますようお願いいたします。
■ Notice of summer vacation period （08/07/2024）
Thank you for using Akiba Hobby.
Our store will be closed for the summer holidays from Saturday, August 10th to Wednesday, August 14th, 2024, during which time we will not be shipping products or responding to inquiries.
Products ordered during the holidays and responses to email inquiries will be shipped in order from Thursday, August 15th onwards.
Please note that even if you placed an order before the holidays, if payment is made during the holidays, your order will be processed from Thursday, August 15th onwards.
