Article 1 (Member)
1. "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership by agreeing to these terms and following the procedures specified by the Company.
2. "Member Information" refers to information regarding the attributes of the member disclosed to the company by the member, as well as information such as the history of the member's transactions.
3. These terms apply to all members and are the terms to be observed during and after the registration process.
Article 2 (Registration)
1. Membership Qualifications

The membership registration process must be carried out by the individual who will become a member. Registration by proxy is not permitted under any circumstances. 2. Enter Member Information
When registering for membership, please carefully read the input instructions and accurately enter the required information in the designated input form. In the registration of member information, special symbols, old kanji characters, and Roman numerals cannot be used. If these characters are registered, we will change them.
3. Password Management
(1) The password is to be used only by the member themselves and cannot be transferred or lent to a third party.
Please ensure that you manage your password responsibly, such as by changing it regularly, so that it is not known to others.
Any declaration of intent made to our company using the password will be regarded as a declaration of intent by the member themselves, and all resulting payments, etc., will be the responsibility of the member.
Article 3 (Amendment)
1. Members shall promptly notify the company of any changes to the information they have provided, such as name or address.
2. Our company assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the failure to register changes. Furthermore, please note that even if changes are registered, transactions that have already been processed before the registration of changes will be conducted based on the information prior to the registration of changes.
Article 4 (Withdrawal)
If a member wishes to withdraw, the member themselves should complete the withdrawal procedure. Withdrawal will be finalized after the designated withdrawal process is completed.
Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Obligation to Compensate)
1. If a member makes a false declaration when applying for membership, neglects the payment obligations for mail-order sales, or if there are other reasons deemed inappropriate for membership by the company, the company reserves the right to revoke the membership.
2. If a member engages in any of the acts specified in the following items, they shall be liable to compensate for any damages incurred by the company as a result.
(1) Unauthorized use of membership number and password
(2) Accessing this website to alter information or sending harmful computer programs to this website to disrupt our business operations.
(3) Engaging in acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of the products handled by our company
(4) Engaging in any other acts that violate these Terms of Use
Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)
1. In principle, our company will not disclose member information to third parties without the prior consent of the member. However, in the following cases, our company may disclose member information and other customer information without the prior consent of the member.

Article 8 (Interruption or Suspension of Service, etc.)

2. Our company does not guarantee that emails and content sent from our web pages, servers, domains, etc., are free from harmful elements such as computer viruses.
3. The company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the member's violation of these terms and conditions.
Article 11 (Amendment of these Terms)
Our company may revise these terms at its discretion and may also establish supplementary terms (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Terms") to these terms. Revisions or supplements to these terms shall take effect when the revised terms or Supplementary Terms are posted on the site designated by our company. In this case, members shall comply with the revised terms and Supplementary Terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute arising from these terms, the district court with jurisdiction over the location of our company's head office shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
