We take every precaution regarding product quality and delivery methods, but in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or soiled during transport, or if it differs from your order, please contact our mail-order department within three days of delivery.

If the damage or initial defect is deemed to be our responsibility, we will respond as follows.
If stock is available, we will promptly replace it.
・If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued for the same amount as the purchase price.
・When returning items, please send them via Yamato Transport with freight collect. (The return shipping cost will be borne by our company.)
We apologize, but we cannot accept the following return.
・Returns after opening or use
・Defects in the exterior or shipping box that do not affect the product's performance
・Returns without prior notice
・Reservation by pre-order or made-to-order product
・Damage or loss of products specified for mail service use
It is only possible if you contact us in advance regarding the following.
