Other notes on credit card payments
Q. When will the credit card payment be debited?
A. It depends on the contract between the credit card company and the customer and we cannot tell.
Q, About credit card payments: I received a bill before shipment.
A. Our credit card system uses international payment systems called Shopify or Paypal.
Therefore, in accordance with the rules of the respective companies, credit card payments, etc. are confirmed at the time of ordering or when the order is confirmed prior to dispatch. Please be aware of this in advance.
Q. Can I pay with a debit card or chargeable card (e.g. virtual card)?
A. We do not recommend the use of "credit card payment" if the customer uses "pre-payment payment such as debit cards and charge cards or bank debit payment" to pay for what is described as "credit card payment", as there are problems and problems with double payment and refunds.
We are not able to understand the contractual information between the customer and the bank from which the money is debited, so the customer must resolve the issue themselves.
In the event of a debit or payment problem, please contact your contracted finance company as we are unable to help you.
Please note in advance.
