Amazon Selling Service Announcement

This is an application form for circles that wish to list and publish works commissioned by Izanagi Co., Ltd./Akiba Hobby on Amazon. 

There will be no changes to the terms of trade (commission fees, reporting methods, etc.) as before.
Please read the following points to note before applying.
The registration application form is at the bottom of this page.

*From December 30, 2020, it is now possible to apply for some Touhou Project derivative works.

Please note that listings on Amazon will be managed on a ``work basis'' basis.
When emailing us with information about new products, please be sure to clearly state that you wish to sell them on Amazon.

[About sales on Amazon]

Applications for publication must be submitted by the circle.

Regarding Touhou Project derivative works, we have received the consent of Shanghai Alice Fantastic Company and are providing an exhibition service.

[Sales Price Setting Rules] (as of November 2020)

Due to the fees for selling on Amazon,
The sales price will be set as follows:

·game
　Amazon Listing Price = Sales Price (tax included) + (Sales Price x 15%)
　(Example: Selling price 1000 yen + consumption tax → Amazon listed price 1265 yen (tax included))

・Music CDs, video media (Blu-ray, DVD)
　Amazon listed price = (Sales price (excluding tax) + (Sales price x 15%) + 150 yen) x consumption tax
　(Example: Sales price 1000 yen (excluding tax) → Amazon listed price 1430 yen (tax included))

*Price differences will occur with our online shopping site etc.

*Please understand in advance that we may change pricing rules due to changes in Amazon fees, rules, etc.

・We will set it based on the information you have registered with us.

[Circle fees]

・There are no other costs than our commission fee. (Free)
*The amount paid by our company to the circle will not change.

[Works eligible for publication]

・Target media: games, music CDs, video media (Blu-ray, DVD)

・Original works that are not derivative works

・Touhou Project’s secondary creations

・Works that are not pre-ordered

・Works that have been entrusted to Akiba Hobby and are in stock at our company

*Download cards only are not eligible.

[Application Review]

We will review the ad for publication.
If there are no problems, we will list it and put it up for sale.
After publishing, Amazon may reject or suspend your listing.
In that case, please note that sales will end.

・It will take some time after your application due to the work we do.

Unregistered works: Register your work → Apply for Amazon listing service → Review → Start listing

【FAQ】

Q: Can I pre-order new and re-released items?
A: Amazon's shipping rules are very strict, so we can only sell items once they arrive.

Q: Can I check the quantity sold on Amazon?
A: We are very sorry, but there is no way to check the sales quantity on our system. If you contact our sales representative, we may be able to provide you with rough numbers.

Q: Is it not possible to match Amazon sales prices with in-store/mail order prices by lowering the multiplication rate?
A: Sorry, but this is not possible due to system limitations.

Q: I want to improve the information listed on Amazon.
A: We will post ads to the extent possible. Please consult with our sales staff.

Q: I would like to stop a seller from reselling an item.
A: We provide individual consultations.
