This is an application form for circles wishing to list and publish their works entrusted to Izanagi Co., Ltd. / AKIBA-HOBBY on Amazon. 

The transaction conditions (consignment fees, reporting methods, etc.) will remain unchanged as before.
Please confirm the precautions regarding the following listing before applying.
The registration application form is located at the bottom of this page.

As of 2020/12/30, some derivative works of the Touhou Project can also be applied for.

Regarding the listing on Amazon, it will be managed on a "work unit" basis.
When informing about new releases via email, please be sure to clearly state your desire to list on Amazon.

About Sales on Amazon

It will be a submission system for publication from circles.

Regarding derivative works of the Touhou Project, we provide a listing service with the consent of Shanghai Alice Phantom Ensemble.

[Pricing Rules] (as of April 2025)

Due to the fees associated with Amazon's listing, etc.,
We will sell at the sales price set as follows.

・Game (Revised on April 15, 2025)
　Amazon listed price = (Selling price (excluding tax) + (Selling price x 15%) + 150 yen) x Consumption tax
　(Example: Selling price 1000 yen (excluding tax) → Amazon listed price 1430 yen (including tax))

・Music CDs, video media (Blu-ray, DVD)
　Amazon listed price = (Selling price (excluding tax) + (Selling price x 15%) + 150 yen) x Consumption tax
　(Example: Selling price 1000 yen (excluding tax) → Amazon listed price 1430 yen (including tax))

Regarding Circle Fees

・No costs other than our commission fee will be incurred. (Free)
The payment amount from our company to the circle will not change.

[Application Review]

We will review the eligibility for publication on our site.
If there are no issues, we will proceed to publish and sell.
After publication, there may be cases where Amazon refuses or suspends the listing.
In that case, please be aware that sales will be terminated.

We expect to take some time after the application due to our work.

[FAQ]

Q: Can I pre-order new or re-released products?
A. Due to Amazon's very strict shipping rules, sales will only be available after restocking.

Q: Can I check the quantity sold on Amazon?
A. We sincerely apologize, but there is no way to check the sales quantity through the system. If you contact your sales representative, they may be able to provide you with a rough estimate.

Q: Is it not possible to match the selling price on Amazon with the in-store and online sales prices because the discount rate is being lowered?
A. We apologize, but it is not possible to respond due to system limitations.

Q: I want to enhance the listing information on Amazon.
A, we will publish within the range of what we can handle. Please consult with your sales representative.

Q: I want to request the removal of listings if there are sellers engaging in resale.
A. We will accept individual consultations.
