About Reservations in Mail Order
■Order Limitations for Reserved Products

■Ordering Mixed Reserved and Released Products
In our store, for mixed orders, "all products will be shipped when all items are ready." There is a very high possibility of release delays for figures and similar items. Please note that we cannot accommodate cancellations or split shipments after placing an order.
※Example: If you order a product released in January and a product released in March at the same time, the January product will also be shipped at the same time as the March product.
■Regarding Credit Card Payments for Reserved Products
Therefore, based on the rules of each company, credit card payments are confirmed at the time of order or at the time of order confirmation before shipping.
If there is any error with the credit card you are using
and the payment cannot be processed normally, your order will be put on hold and we will contact you for confirmation.
■Cancellation of Reserved Products
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept cancellations for customer reasons after placing an order.
■Other Precautions for Credit Card Payments
Q: When will the credit card payment be deducted?
A: It varies depending on the contract between the card company and the customer, so we cannot provide that information.
Q: Regarding credit card payments: I received a charge before shipping.
A: Our credit card system uses overseas payment systems such as Shopify or Paypal.
Therefore, based on the rules of each company, credit card payments are confirmed at the time of order or at the time of order confirmation before shipping. Please be aware of this in advance.
Q: Can I pay with a debit card or prepaid card (such as a virtual card)?
A: If you use a payment method labeled "credit card payment" with a debit card or prepaid card, we do not recommend it due to potential issues with double payments or refunds.
We cannot grasp the contract information between you and the bank for the payment, so you will need to resolve it yourself.
If there are any issues with deductions or payments, we cannot assist you, so please contact your financial institution.

About Reservations at Akiba Hobby Akihabara Store and Akiba Hobby Ikebukuro Store
■How to Reserve Products
If you wish to make a reservation at the Akiba Hobby Akihabara Store or Akiba Hobby Ikebukuro Store,
please speak to the staff at the store.
By informing the staff of the product name you wish to reserve, we will accept your reservation.
When your reservation is complete, we will give you a reservation ticket.
When the reserved product arrives, we will contact you by phone.
※We will confirm whether you wish to receive a notification of arrival at the time of reservation acceptance.
Please pick up your reservation at the store where you made the reservation within one week, including the arrival date.
※If you do not complete the pickup within one week, your reservation will be canceled.
■Regarding Reservation Deposits
For in-store reservations, a reservation deposit is required.
At the time of accepting reservations in-store, you will need to pay a reservation deposit according to the product price.
If the product price is 10,000 yen or more (including tax): a reservation deposit of 1,000 yen (including tax) will be required.
If the product price is 10,000 yen or less (including tax): a reservation deposit of 500 yen (including tax) will be required.
※We do not provide refunds for reservation deposits. Please be aware of this in advance.
