Yukari Yakumo (やくもゆかり) is a character who appears in the Touhou Project series.

She is the Phantasm boss in Touhou Youyoumu and a great youkai with the ability to manipulate boundaries to a certain degree. She is one of the sages involved in the founding of Gensokyo, and she has Ran Yakumo as her shikigami.
