■About the mail service

Mail delivery is for items of smaller size,
This delivery method is cheaper than other delivery methods.
*Mail delivery may take considerably longer to deliver than other delivery methods, depending on the delivery area.

Mail delivery costs a flat nationwide rate of 385 yen (incl. tax).

Less than half the price of other delivery methods.

The goods are delivered to the customer using the Yamato Transport service Kuroneko Yu-packet/Nekopos.

Be sure to refer to the Firm's Shipping Policy for information on shipping costs and precautions for each shipping method.

Important information about the mail service.

• The package will be posted to the customer's address. (Completion of posting = completion of delivery).
• Please note that we cannot compensate or respond to any theft, loss or damage of mail after it has been dispatched by us.
• If the address (building name or room number) is incomplete, the delivery company may decide (address unknown) to automatically return the goods. Please note that in such cases, a cancellation refund will be made after deducting shipping, return postage and remittance fees.
• Delivery accidents may occur if there is no name on the delivery post, delivery box, etc., or if the building name is incomplete in an apartment block. Please note that we cannot be held responsible in such cases. • In case of oversizing, the order may be cancelled.
