雖然這座神社曾一度因地震倒塌，如今已完全恢復原貌。

就在那樣的某一天，發生了一件讓博麗神社的巫女博麗霊夢大吃一驚的事。

那就是在博麗神社附近突然升起的白色柱子，間歇泉。

[Regarding the operating environment for 東方Project]

Basically, if your PC is Windows, current titles can be launched,

but older titles such as 東方紅魔郷, 妖々夢, and 永夜抄 may not launch properly depending on the situation at startup.

In that case, you will need to install an older version of DirectX and change the settings in each game's properties.

(You can look up how to change the settings and what is needed on the internet, but please handle this at your own risk.)

The Hakurei Shrine in a snowy winter.

Although the shrine was once destroyed by an earthquake, it has now fully returned to its original form.

One day, an event happened that startled Hakurei Shrine's shrine maiden, Hakurei Reimu.

It was a suddenly rising white pillar, a geyser, near Hakurei Shrine.

Normally, whenever something happens, she goes to resolve it, but this time the event was something that

surprised her while also making her happy.

The geyser was supposed to melt the snow, and hot springs that would soothe the fatigue of both humans and youkai were supposed to spring up around it.

However, Reimu's optimistic prediction was off.

What gushed from the geyser was not only hot spring water.

Strange forms kept pouring out one after another.

Earth spirits -- the people who live underground.
