The 5th Touhou Project x Digital Paint Tool!
This time, I focused on the "background".
Chapter 1, "Basics for Digitally Drawing Background Illustrations," explains how to use paint tools and background illustration techniques.
There are three paint tools used in this book: "Adobe Photoshop", "CLIP STUDIO PAINT", and "Paint Tool SAI".
The tools and functions provided by all painting tools differ in terms of type and fineness of settings, but basically the same can be done.
In the first half of Chapter 1, we will limit ourselves to the tools and functions that are often used in illustration production, and explain how to use each painting tool.
Furthermore, in the second half of Chapter 1, we will explain "perspective", which is indispensable for drawing background illustrations, such as "perspective", "aerial perspective", and "color perspective".
In Chapter 2, "Touhou x Background Illustration Techniques," six illustrators with different styles will introduce all the techniques of digital illustration based on the Touhou Project.
