As of February 2025, products for retail sale have arrived at the Akihabara and Ikebukuro stores, but several hundred items for the mail-order department have not yet arrived.

Upon confirming with the wholesaler who placed the order for the mail-order department, we received a response stating that "the ship carrying the products could not arrive at the port due to bad weather, and the arrival of the products for the mail-order department will be in early March."

 

We have lodged a complaint with the wholesaler, but we are very sorry that there has been no progress other than the expected arrival in early March.

 

As a result, although we have started selling this product in limited quantities at the Akihabara and Ikebukuro stores of Akiba Hobby, there is a situation where we are unable to deliver the product to customers who have placed orders through the mail order department.
