我們已試行恢復向部分地區提供 ePacket（AirMail）配送。
雖然此配送方式較便宜，但對顧客而言存在遺失風險。（損壞或遺失皆不適用保險。）
對於未送達或包裹遺失的情況，我們會協助處理，但如您所知，在目的地國家尋找物品非常困難。
若發生損壞或包裹遺失，我們無法保證退款或重新寄送。

休業期間前に頂いたご注文でも，代金のお支払いが休業期間中になりますと，8 月 15 日（木）以降のご対応となりますので御注意ください。
